Opening of Baguio-Based Artist
Art Exhibit Opening is supposed to be fun?Me thinks that it should always be this way. Who needs serious stuff nowadays? Not for these group of guys coming from the Northern part of the Philippines, to be specific the city of Baguio. Their collective work simply entitled "Abang Garrud" (excuse me I have yet to decipher the meaning) consists of art installation, mixed media work and paintings.
Here is a collection of some of the pictures I took, just two days before Manila was walloped by typhoon, Milenyo (millenium in english) knocking everything in its path, including most major electrical power (See my grunt from previous post...)ART LIVES ON!
